Eva Palacková Eva Palacková is a Slovak climate and environment attaché, chairing the discussions on ETS Review in the Council’s Working Party on Environment since Slovakia took over the Presidency of the Council on 1st July. Previously she worked as political adviser on environment and climate change for the European People’s Party, and overall has seven years of experience in the field of European environment policy in Brussels. She holds a Masters degree in European studies from Sciences Po Paris and University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, USA.
